I was tagged by happy mommy to do 'seven' (or sevenses, as it were).
Here are the rules:
1. Link to the person that tagged you, and post the rules on your blog.
2. Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself.
3. Tag 7 random people at the end of your post.
4. Let each person know that they've been tagged.
My Seven...
1) I am eternally counting. When I have to do something repetitive and boring -- for example, blow dry my hair -- I count up to a predetermined number to help the time pass. And if that's not weird enough, I can't end on just any old integer; it has to be a multiple of 25.
2) I hate buying toilet paper. Now don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for the stuff. It's just that every time I buy it, I feel like my money is quite literally going down the drain.
3) Whenever I open a package of something I don't use very often (say, cotton balls), I think "I wonder how my life will be different by the rime I finish with these." Because, in all likelihood, it will be months or even years later. So what most people ponder on birthdays and holidays, I do regarding toiletry items.
4) I am a grammar/spelling freak and a word nerd to the point that I can remember the exact circumstances under which I learned certain words. (Elixir: Second grade, Mrs. Weber's language arts class. I went home that day and was pleased to find my new word on a bottle of Dimetapp.)
5) When I find myself looking down from a high place, I am always just a little bit afraid that I'm somehow accidentally going to jump off. Should I be concerned about that?
6) Per a previous post, I have very dramatic, vivid dreams. I've fallen into comic strips, sung in night clubs, gone spelunking, and saved the Conference Center - in my dreams!
7) There was a time in my life when I added Grape Nuts to every cereal I ate. I just couldn't get enough crunch into my bowl, I guess. I haven't done this recently, but it's mostly because Grape Nuts haven't been on sale. I did have a dream the other night though (see random thing #6) that I walked into a pantry that was filled with Grape Nuts, and I'm thinking that my crunching days are soon to return.
I'd like to hear seven random things about Doc, Karlet, Jill, Sonja, Chilaxin' Chilean, Lou, and Ronco.

Ok. Mine might be really weird.
I guess we just pick the top 7 on the list right? I think I could go on and on...
I'm just glad you aren't so much into the morning crunch that you've resorted to gravel in the cereal. Dental bills, you know.
I love counting too! Maybe we could start a counting club!
Brittany, I have the same problem with heights. Do you want to hear some scary situations? I went to Niagra falls with kids (did I mention that now with kids I'm afraid I'll just pull them down with me). Or how about the top tier of the symphony on the front row?
BTW, the cheapest place for Grape nuts (a personal favorite) is Sams Club. I have a membership and I'd be glad to get you some while I'm in town. Where is a Sams?
These are good ones! I'll second Sonja on the falling thing...pretty soon you just worry that you'll drag the kids with you...
I have the exact same problem with heights, not that I'll fall, but that I will jump. Weird.
