I hate to disappoint, but Scouts on Tuesday left me with hardly anything worth mentioning. The boys do love Truman though, and 'Cory' insisted on pushing the stroller on our walk home. I was nervous at first, but he did great even with the many idiosyncrasies of Provo's sidewalks. He really is a sweet kid...
So I have been sick this week, feeling nauseous and achy, unable to eat without wishing I hadn't - you know, a real barrel of laughs. And suddenly I have a huge appreciation (and desperate longing) for 'normal.' Normal may be boring, but it doesn't hurt or make you throw up. Humdrum daily life is sounding really good right about now.
In other news, the weather man said that the moon tonight is going to be not only full, but also the brightest of 2007. It's at its closest point of orbit, approximately 30,000 miles closer to the earth than at its farthest point last April. Just FYI.
This post is getting random and a little silly, but I feel this pressure to have something new on the blog so I'll probably publish it anyway. May the next few days prove more interesting (and thus provide more material worth blogging about).
Then again, I can think of a lot of interesting happenings that wouldn't be at all pleasant, so maybe I'll hope for a few more boring days after all.

I noticed the moon tonight, wondering why it was so huge. Thanks for the info.
Funny you should mention the moon...After Mike and I turned out the lights last night, I said, "Doesn't it seem brighter than usual in here?" Little did I know it was because the moon was closer to the earth! Cool!
I like your sweet posts about normal days... and moons
Today's apod was about this. Way to be informed, Brittany. Here's a size comparison for anyone who's interested:

So sorry to hear that you've been feeling ick. Amazingly, you still manage to come up with the witty tidbits of goodness that keep me coming back :)

I also noticed the moon tonight. We had a rare sunny day yesterday and I took a walk in the evening--also a rare occurance--and witnessed an astounding sunset and the moon rise. It was awesome.
I noticed it too. The nurses I work with are superstitious and freak out when they have to work full moons, aparently crazies are crazier and the ER always packed. Weird, huh?
I loved your blog too. In fact, I was thinking, we need more of what is going on in life, what we are loving and what we are struggling with. I say, more of these kinds of blogs!!(lizard "tales" would also fit in this category.)
that's cool Brittany. I thought it looked brighter down here too.
a blog is always better than no blog, thats what I always say.
